What credit cards does Rhoyalty accept?

RHOyalty accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

My credit card receipt says Realgreek Apparel, Why?

RHOyalty is powered by Realgreek apparel Co. (RG Apparel) and you’ll see this company as the processor for your purchase.

When will my order be processed?

All orders placed Monday – Friday will normally ship out within 48 hours. All orders are shipped USPS or UPS Ground (at our discretion), UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day Air depending on your selection and a tracking number will be provided to the valid email address for order delivery confirmation.

WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS.

When I go to checkout I receive an error message, why is that?

The most common error received during checkout is customers using their current living address and/or ship to address as their main billing address. If you currently live on campus, renting an apartment during school or sending a gift to someone and the credit card you use is billed to a different address; you will receive an error message during checkout. Your billing address (where your monthly credit/debit card statement is received) must be the address listed as the main/billing address in your profile. You will have the ability in your profile to add addresses where you would like goods shipped to if different than your primary billing address.

Does Rhoyalty Monogram Product?

No, Rhoyalty does not monogram products at this time.

What is the Rhoyalty Return Policy?

  • Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a refund of the item price.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to return unless the product(s) received was damaged or error in shipping occurred by Rhoyalty.
  • All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.
  • A copy of your invoice must accompany any return. If you do not have your invoice you can log into the website under your log in information view history and print previous orders.
  • We are sorry but when exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount, not combined with multiple returns.
  • Please note the item you are returning may be out of stock. We can only provide a refund or place you on priority delivery once the item is back in stock unless the item will be discontinued.

Is the Rhoyalty Website secure to shop from?

Yes, the Rhoyalty website is protected by (SSL) encryption. We guarantee that every transaction you make with True Colors will be 100% safe whether online, or via call in orders!! Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

What is your shipping methods use? Can I track my order?

RHOyalty uses USPS and UPS ground shipping on all orders. You will also have the option for 2Day and Next Day Air with your order and pricing will be provided for that service. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number from RHOyalty via Realgreek Apparel Co. allowing you to track the arrival of your order. Most orders are received within three to five business days using standard service the day the item is shipped. If the item is listed as being delivered on a special date (i.e. limited editions, limited quantities, priority pre orders, etc.) your order will be moved into a back order status and you will be notified by email when the order ships.

Is a signature required for my delivery?

No, items will be left at the home or business where shipping was indicated.

What is a no haggle return policy?

Within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your product you can return to Rhoyalty for a full refund. All items must be returned in original packing.

Can my product be shipped overseas?

No, at this time we do not ship overseas.

If a group wants to purchase a bulk order of one particular item, are discounts available?

All chapter/group orders will have an across the board price of $130 for 10 or more blazers ordered. Other items in the collection will also have across the board group pricing once added to the site for purchase. Please call Customer Service at 214-441-3414 Option 1 for any questions.

How does my warranty work?

All items have a warranty/return policy. Should you have a defect or problem with wheels, hardware, defective zipper, etc (if luggage). we will repair or replace this item if within the indicated warranty time from purchase. This warranty does not apply to misuse, normal wear and tear.

What are E-Gift Cards and how do they work?

E-Gift cards are electronic gift cards purchased for any dollar amount. All E-Gift cards are emailed and no gift cards will be sent via regular mail. The recipient of the gift card will receive a voucher # to use during the checkout process. In the event the voucher amount is less than the final amount, the system will require a credit card to complete the remaining balance.

What if an item I want to purchase is sold out?

Unless an item will be discontinued, items may be sold out because of high demand. Always sign up to our newsletter to stay informed when new items arrive or when items will be in stock. Wait list options will also be available to advise you once an out of stock product returns.
